OÜ Julianus Inkasso emafirma OÜ Aktiva Finants omandas Leedus UAB Viena Sąskaita 100%-lise osaluse.
Viena Sąskaita (tõlkes: üks arve) on Leedu suurim tarbija igakuiste arvete konsolideerimise platvorm, mis pakub lihtsat viisi hallata oma arveid ühes kohas ning tasuda neid ühe maksena. Lisaks on võimalus hallata oma arvete arhiivi ning saada visualiseeritud ülevaadet oma kuludest. Praegu on sellel üle 170 000 aktiivse kasutaja ja ta kogub nende eest makseid enam kui 2 500 teenusepakkujalt, sealhulgas elektri-, gaasi-, telekommunikatsiooniteenuste, koolide, lasteaedade jt. Ettevõte registreeritud kasutajaskond on viimase kolme aasta jooksul rohkem kui kahekordistunud.

Tehing peaks eeldatavasti lõpule jõudma selle aasta lõpuks, kui Leedu järelevalveasutused annavad tehingule heakskiidu.

Lithuanian investment company ME Investicija, through its subsidiary AT Investicija, agreed to sell Viena Sąskaita to Estonian company Aktiva Finants OÜ. Viena Sąskaita is the first and the largest Lithuanian consumer monthly bills consolidation platform, providing households and personal users with a quick and easy way of paying all their utility and other monthly bills online with one click.
“Since ME Investicija became a sole shareholder of Viena Sąskaita in 2017, the company has achieved a significant growth rate. We believe that passing a successful company into the hands of a strategic investor will create even more value to more than 170 thousand active customers of the platform”, says Tomas Krakauskas, Chairman of The Board at Viena Sąskaita and Chief Investment Officer at ME investicija.
The agreement between AT investicija and Aktiva Finants OÜ regarding 100% shares acquisition of the company was signed in May 2021. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year, subject to receiving clearance from Lithuanian institutions.
Viena Sąskaita is a monthly bill payment consolidation platform for consumers, headquartered and operating in Lithuania since 2008. Operating under EU payment institution license, the Company offers its clients recurring bills consolidation service, historic payment data analysis and expense management tools. It currently has over 170’000 active users and is collecting payments for them from over 2’500 service providers, including electricity, gas, telecommunication services, schools, kindergartens and other. The company operates a web-based and mobile self-service portal and its registered user base has more than doubled over the last three years.
Aktiva Finants operates in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian markets as a provider of credit management services. Majority of partners whom Aktiva Finants works with are financial, telecommunications and utility service providers. “We are very pleased with an acquisition of Viena Sąskaita. It is an excellent company with the potential to expand to other countries and also expand its range of services. Personal invoice management services are an area with very high potential which enables the service users to offer great added value”, says Ülar Maapalu CEO at Aktiva Finants.
In this transaction ME Investicija was advised by Oaklins as its financial advisor and Sorainen as a legal advisor. Aktiva Finants was assisted by Cobalt for legal advice.
