MY DEBT CLAIM HAS EXPIRED

Debts may be declared expired by a court and only upon request by the debtor.

Expiry allows the debtor to refuse to pay their debt but does not nullify it, and debt collection efforts will continue until the debt is paid.

Information about a debt may be published in the payment default register for up to 15 years.
