I received documents from court, what should I do?
If possible, pay the amount requested immediately. If you are unable to pay the entire sum at once, send an e-mail to jurist@julianus.ee.
If no payment is made following a court judgment, the enforcement instrument will be assigned to a bailiff for execution.
I received a claim from a bailiff, what should I do?
You may pay the entire amount claimed to the bailiff. If you make the payment to Julianus Inkasso, the additional bailiff’s fee must still be paid to the bailiff!
If you pay the amount claimed to the bailiff before the expiry of the term prescribed for voluntary compliance, i.e. within 10 days, you will only need to pay half of the bailiff’s fee prescribed by law. For additional information about options for voluntary compliance, contact your bailiff.
Upon expiry of the term for voluntary compliance, the bailiff may take compulsory enforcement measures, e.g., seize your bank account or wages.
