Upon signing a payment agreement in Julianus’ self-service environment, the details of your debt will no longer be displayed in the payment default register.
Note! Information about your payment default will be republished immediately upon late payment of an instalment under the payment agreement!
If you sign a payment agreement with an employee of Julianus Inkasso, the details of your debt will not be erased from the payment default register.
Your payment default will be erased from the payment default register Taust.ee upon full payment of the debt.
The creditor has the right to keep disclosing information about the debt for up to 5 years after the fulfilment of the obligation.
The fastest way to clear your credit history is to pay off the debt as soon as possible.
