MY DEBT CLAIM HAS EXPIRED

Debts may be declared expired by a court and only upon request by the debtor. 

The statute of limitations merely allows the debtor to refuse payment, it does not erase the debt. Collection efforts will continue until the debt is fully paid. 

Debt information may be published in the credit registry for up to 5 years after the violation ends.
