I received documents from court, what should I do?
Pay the specified amount immediately. If you are unable to pay the full amount, contact the court without delay and also send a copy of your email to the creditor or their representative. If Julianus Inkasso is the representative, use the email address: jurist@julianus.ee.
If you do not comply with the court order, an enforcement document will be handed over to a bailiff.
I received a claim from a bailiff, what should I do?
Pay the entire amount claimed to the bailiff.
If you pay the debt to Julianus Inkasso, the added bailiff’s fees will still need to be paid directly to the bailiff.
If you pay the debt within 10 days (during the voluntary compliance period), you will only have to pay half of the bailiff’s fee, as mandated by law. For additional information about options for voluntary compliance, contact your bailiff.
Once the voluntary payment period expires, the bailiff may proceed with compulsory measures, such as garnishing your bank account(s) or income.
