WHEN ARE MY DETAILS PUBLISHED IN THE PAYMENT DEFAULT REGISTER?

When can my details be published in the payment default register?

Your details may be published in the payment default register and/or on the Julianus Inkasso website if: 

  • You have not paid your invoice within 30 days after the due date 
  • No more than five years have passed since the obligation was breached 

Publishing details in the payment default register complies with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and guidelines from the Data Protection Inspectorate. 

If you have an outstanding debt, contact us immediately through customer support chat on the Julianus website, located at the bottom right corner.

When will my details be removed from the payment default register?

Once the debt is fully paid, the status in the Taust.ee payment default register will be updated to “Resolved” with the resolution date added. 

The creditor may keep information on a resolved debt available for up to five years after the obligation is fulfilled. 

The quickest way to restore your credit history is to settle the debt as soon as possible!
